We are completing our privacy information while the site is in a hidden, noindex launch. Some company, contact, retention and provider details are still being confirmed. We will update this notice when those details are settled and before search indexing.

Information handled by the site

When you visit, the hosting and security services may process technical connection details such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

The contact form requests your name, work email and company, with phone and enquiry details optional. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information. If form delivery is unavailable, you can email hello@fringestudios.co.za.

Why and which services

We use enquiries to respond and manage the resulting conversation, and technical information to operate and protect the site. GA4 and other analytics are not included in this launch. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form protection and email delivery use the services configured for the launch, currently planned as Cloudflare Turnstile and Resend, with business email receiving submissions. Exact account settings, provider locations, retention details and the Information Officer contact are still being confirmed; this notice will be updated with verified details.

Retention and questions

We are confirming the retention period and deletion process for enquiries and provider logs. For a question about this interim notice, email hello@fringestudios.co.za. The final notice will give the confirmed privacy contact and explain how to make a privacy request.
